Steve is the owner of Titan Gym and extremely dedicated to making his clients and the members of Titan Gym the best they can be. He has gone from 17 stone & weak drinking and smoking, to an 11 stone mountain bike racer and runner, then becoming a 15 stone weight trainer and powerlifter, so has experienced first hand what it takes to completely change the body. Now Steve has opened Titan Gym so that he and his team can provide his high standards to others.
Steve's personal experiences, attention to detail and wide range of experience with his clients, from busy mums and professionals to elite athletes, makes him very approachable and a very effective trainer for muscle gain, fat loss and sporting performance.
Mike is a highly knowledgeable personal trainer and is committed to helping his clients reach their full potential. Having devoted 8 years to his own physical endeavours and reaching an advanced standard in strength training he has experienced many highs and lows of training thus making him able to get the very best from each of his clients. He has a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Science (Exercise and Health Management) and continues to carry out his own research in health, nutrition, strength and supplementation. Mike has a 'controlled aggressive' approach towards training so he knows exactly when to push hard for that last rep or when best to hold back to achieve top quality results. Above all Mike is easily approachable and has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience that helps his clients to succeed.
Lauren is a very determined trainer whose goal is to provide her clients with the necessary tools so that they can make great progress with their training.
She believes in tailoring her clients' workouts to suit the individual but also make the sessions enjoyable and fun. She can quickly determine her clients limits and then will keep pushing them to make sure that they smash their goals.
Whether it's weight training or weight loss Lauren has the knowledge and skills to get her clients to where they want to be and then equip them with the tools to continue making great progress in the gym and in life. She takes great pride and joy in seeing her clients do well, and enjoys helping them reach their aims.
Scott is a dedicated and enthusiastic trainer with a huge passion for strength training and character building. He is very strong physically and mentally himself, which transfers into his beliefs of getting his clients as strong as possible as quick as possible and then keeping them in great shape to suit their goals.
He has a dedicated hard working style and believes in being strong and agile, alongside the notion that knowledge is power! This makes him a great teacher. Scott takes great pride in being part of Titan Gym and everything it stands for, where he hopes to reach out and help as many people as possible break PRs and move some iron! His specialist areas are: Strength Training, Manipulating Body Composition, Nutrition and Conditioning.
